Having conducted an initial assessment of your innovation, we will provide advice on how and where to maximise your healthcare idea. And using our network and resources we can help establish collaborations with the best people for your business.
The Business Connect team can also provide clinical input to your idea, arrange access to clinical experts and evaluation, help businesses with procurement, tenders, tailored marketing for the NHS and bid writing for funding opportunities.
We use the Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) Healthcare programme, which provides both seed funding and visibility within the healthcare system, and can signpost businesses to our local partners plus regional and national funding sources.
In addition, the Business Connect Newsletter provides innovators with news, event details and funding opportunities including with Innovate UK, Department of Business, Innovation and Skills, Horizon 2020, the National Institute for Health Research and NHS England.
