Adult ADHD services present a significant challenge to commissioners and service providers alike. Working with stakeholders across the North West Coast, Health Innovation North West Coast has facilitated a redesign that integrates services between primary and secondary care. The future state service model demonstrates how technology and new roles can increase access to the service and service user needs without traditional additional workforce burden. This model will be shared nationally within mental health improvement settings
