This Big Innovation Conversation highlighted Patient Safety - products and services that increase the quality and safety of clinical services - reducing the impact of human factors, serious incidents and never events whilst improving outcomes and patient experience.
The patient safety conversation had a particular focus on patient safety culture. We heard about our Coaching for Culture programme and also about the successes of Learning from Excellence.
This lunchtime webinar was hosted our Patient Safety team and will also include an update on the new NHSI national patient safety workstreams.
