The Innovation Agency has published a wide-ranging report, commissioned by NHS England and Improvement North West, into the use of remote consultations for outpatients

Reflecting on a year like no other in health and care has been a time to re-evaluate our role in supporting our local systems, partners and national NHS commissioners.

After a year in which our business plan was put to one side as we reached out to support partners locally and nationally, we remain ready to adapt to whatever lies ahead.

This retrospective is an interim summary of the learning and themes emerging from the first wave of Covid-19. It recognises the hard work undertaken to protect our population and health and care staff across Lancashire & South Cumbria, whilst our wider learning and more in-depth research continues.

Our commercial team supports small and medium-sized companies that have products or services relevant to the health and care sector.

This AF Quality Improvement Toolkit has been created with the purpose of spreading improvements in the diagnosis and management of AF in primary care and is aimed at GPs, practice nurses, practice managers and administrative staff.

Well done to the participants of our coaching for spread and adoption programme focussed on innovations in mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. This report includes some of their stories and their 100-word ‘pitches’ which were honed during the programme.
