Written pre-pandemic, but relevant mid and post-pandemic, The Energized Workplace was Perry Timms's attempt at urging a redesign of work to account for people's energy. What brings people to life in their work? How can we align that with what needs to be done? And once we've recalibrated the human spirit and machinery of work, how can people look after their energy to optimise performance and enhance a sense of fulfilment?

In this masterclass, we looked at the macro and micro-elements of work design. The shape and dynamic of work mixed with the individual agency to build the conditions where we can co-create, adapt and deploy the best way to succeed. We looked at organisation design; workflow and allocation; time and energy management and a sense of accomplishment that will redefine how we team up to tune-up.
