The Coaching Academy have a menu of six ‘bitesize’ workshops for innovative leadership. Each session explores different aspects of creativity through the lens of leadership and introduces a selection of tools for participants to practice and take away.
The programme combines engaging interactive workshops, coaching and an opportunity to collaborate with others across the region via an online community of practice.
Learning outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- review their knowledge and skills against a competency framework that can help develop a leadership mindset for innovation,
- identify personal, team and service goals and specific objectives to be able to practically apply innovative tools and practices,
- identify successes and opportunities for growth in developing as an innovative leader,
- experiment confidently with tools and approaches that support innovative leadership behaviours.
Audience
This course is for professionals from health and care, third sector, academia and the public sector in the North West Coast.
Details
This programme can have up to 200 attendees through virtual workshops. There are six 2.5-hour workshops available to create into a series. We will share practical skills and tools for leaders so they can apply innovative leadership tactics to a variety of challenges that individuals and organisations may face.
It will equip leaders to champion and promote innovation and innovative practice within their teams and organisations as well as providing an opportunity for personal reflection, collaborative working during workshops and the sharing of good practice.
Participants do not need to be able to attend all dates. The programme has been designed with flexibility to allow participants to attend as many sessions as they are able to.
Instructors
You will be supported by a course leader who will connect with you online. This person will also be available through an online forum where you can ask questions.
