Overview

Learning outcomes

This coaching programme will be built around the personal career goals of each individual participant. It will involve a number of 1:1 and group coaching sessions and opportunities to hear the lived experience of current non-executive directors from protected groups in health and care.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • explore their leadership style
  • receive support in planning and executing their individual leadership/career goals
  • be a part of a like-minded and ambitious community
  • gain a variety of new insights, skills, knowledge, and experiences that will help them towards their next step.

We will generously support the needs of each individual to participate and get the most out of this programme.
