This coaching programme will be built around the personal career goals of each individual participant. It will involve a number of 1:1 and group coaching sessions and opportunities to hear the lived experience of current non-executive directors from protected groups in health and care.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- explore their leadership style
- receive support in planning and executing their individual leadership/career goals
- be a part of a like-minded and ambitious community
- gain a variety of new insights, skills, knowledge, and experiences that will help them towards their next step.
We will generously support the needs of each individual to participate and get the most out of this programme.
This programme will be delivered online and will begin in February 2022 for approximately 12 weeks*. Participants will be asked to commit to at least 1 hours per week of workshop and/or coaching time. In addition, participants will be expected to allocate time for personal reflection and to complete actions towards their individual goals outside of the sessions. We will discuss dates of key sessions with participants to ensure attendance.
You will be supported by a course leader, a dedicated professional coach (this may or may not be the same person) and by your peers on the programme. Your coach will meet with you for regular coaching sessions and will also be available for online support.
