Join us on a journey of discovery where we will examine organisational culture through the lens of wellbeing, equity and innovation.
Day one: Plenaries
Tuesday 23 March
We will share best practice and current thinking in relation to culture development from a personal, organisational and system perspective.
Our keynotes are aligned to three connected themes:
People and mindsets
9am - 11am
This session explores the tools you can use to influence the culture around you.
Jacqueline Davies, Director of Leadership and Lifelong Learning, NHS England & Improvement.
Relationships and systems
12pm - 2pm
This session examines the culture of systems through the lens of our relationships and communities.
Helen Bevan, Chief Transformation Officer, NHS Horizons.
Strategy and sustainability
3pm - 5pm
In this session, we consider the application and implication of our strategic culture transformation efforts.

Day two: Culture Camp unconference
Wednesday 24 March
9am - 5pm
Take part in a facilitated open innovation and collaboration space where you can connect in smaller groups for conversational learning, share specific culture-related needs, and apply design thinking with a diverse group of people to address shared challenges.
